The Mining Regulations 2011 state that the Minister may publish a notice in the South Australian Government Gazette dealing with the manner and form, amount and detail of any information that must be acquired or provided for programs for environment protection and rehabilitation, associated miscellaneous purposes licences, mining proposals or management plans, and mining compliance reports.

The South Australian Government Gazette is a weekly record of proceedings by the State Government and Local government authorities.
