If the tenement was granted prior to 2011 and has no approved program, a PEPR must be provided in accordance with Regulation 114 of the Mining Regulations 2011. If a PEPR is being submitted in order to comply with Regulation 114, then the appropriate Regulation 114 PEPR fee applies.
