About the internship

The South Australian government and Neoen, a global renewable energy development organisation, partnered through a Memorandum of Understanding to offer four South Australian tertiary students paid internships in France during semester 2, 2025.

Interns will learn from specialists at one of the world’s largest and most successful renewable energy organisations, covering procurement analysis, data science, power purchase agreement (PPA) development, asset management and sustainability reporting.

As one of South Australia's future leaders the internship will include a salary and return flights from Adelaide to Paris.

To be eligible, applicants must be in their final year of study or undertaking post graduate studies, including PhD, at a South Australian tertiary institution, with a passion for renewable energy. Prior work experience is preferred.

Applicant requirement criteria

  • A final year undergraduate student undertaking post graduate studies or studying for a PhD
  • Exemplary results from your studies
  • A passion for renewable energy
  • A valid passport
