The checklist provided below is to be completed by the appropriate representatives of the Applicant, approved by the relevant Pipeline Licensee and submitted alongside any Development Application subject to the following Planning and Design Code Overlays: (1) Gas and Liquid Petroleum Pipelines and/or (2) Gas and Liquid Petroleum Pipeline (Facilities).
