The Core Library can be hired for events and activities (e.g. workshops).
Hours of operation are between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
The venue hire agreement and the Tonsley event risk assessment must be completed and submitted 20 working days prior to the proposed event or activity.
A list of attendees on the day of your event must be provided for work health and safety purposes. This information will be kept confidential and secure.
The hirer must have current public liability insurance to cover the event.

Sine Pro pre-registration
Visitors to the Core Library must use the Sine Pro Pre-Registration Check In Form to register attendance at an event.
- Download Sine Pro from the App Store or Google Play and set up your account. This can be done any time prior to the event.
- Scan the QR code below with the Sine Pro app upon arrival at the Core Library.
- Open the app again when you leave the Core Library and tap the check out button.
