The deposit | The Wilgerup tenement is located within the Cleve Subdomain of the Gawler Craton Block. Massive hematite ore body dips roughly north-northeast, with orebody subcrops buried beneath 20-25 m of unconsolidated sand and clay. The massive carbonate rock that underlies the massive ore in places, and BIF in other places that can be beneficiated by fine grinding and gravity separation techniques, may have potential as an economic resource. |
