The Department has compiled databases of all seismic upholes and permanent marks in South Australia.
You can view or download the spatial locations of all upholes and permanent marks by:
- Viewing the SARIG layers called Seismic upholes which shows the locations of all upholes in the state and Seismic permanent marks which shows the locations of all permanent markers associated with seismic surveys in South Australia. You can access these layers via the dropdown “Seismic Data” menu under Energy Resources > Seismic Lines and SEGY Data
- Downloading a full set of uphole data from SARIG
- Downloading a full set of permanent marks data from SARIG
- Linking to a WMS (Web Map Service) showing seismic surveys, checkshots, upholes and permanent marks
- Linking to a WFS (Web Feature Service) showing seismic surveys, checkshots, upholes and permanent marks
