The attached documents represent the agreement reached between the State Government, South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME), Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement, Antakirinja Native Title Claim Group and the Antakirinja Land Management Aboriginal Corporation (ALMAC) to consent to the grant of exploration tenements and the carrying out of exploration activities under those tenements.

The formal Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) was registered by the National Native Title Tribunal in May 2004.

The ILUA is available for use by explorers with tenements located within the Antakirinja native title claim area.
