To improve SGS health, safety and well-being, SGS introduced its new vision: ‘Protecting People and the Environment by Promoting a Culture of Caring throughout SGS’.

For SGS, it’s important that employees, visitors and contractors feel and know that they are cared for and that they also recognise the importance of caring for themselves and colleagues.

See Something, Say Something! explains how caring for each other’s health, safety and wellbeing can be lived and acted every day.

Employees attended workshops and events to learn about the campaign including how to feel comfortable identifying and dealing with unsafe acts - empowering them to speak up if something doesn’t look or feel right.

SGS Managing Director and Operational Integrity General Manager signed a ‘Because We Care’ commitment charter, demonstrating commitment as an organisation to a culture of trust and care to themselves and their environment - in the workplace, at home and within their communities.
