  • It is estimated that 75.8 Mt in situ marble (of all grades) and 11.6 Mt waste will be produced from the pit

Community engagement 

The Penrice Community Consultation Group (PCCG) was set up to establish an effective and ongoing communication and consultation process with the local community. It provides a forum to discuss the operation of the Penrice Mine, considering community views, interests and concerns related to the mine.
